About The Position
CardioRenal Vision / CardioRenal Therapeutics is seeking a Part-Time Urologist Medical Director to provide clinical oversight and leadership for our expanding telehealth specialty program. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team providing virtual specialty services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and post-acute care settings.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist (MD/DO).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas (multi-state licensure a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; prior telehealth or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in advancing access to urologic care through innovative telehealth models.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical oversight and clinical leadership for telehealth urology services.
- Review and approve clinical protocols, documentation standards, and quality initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal telemedicine regulations.
- Serve as a clinical resource to nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Participate in periodic chart reviews, quality assurance, and case consultations.
