URO R&D Fall/Winter Co-op 2026
About The Position
Contribute meaningfully to new product development - the work assigned to co-ops helps drive our future products toward regulatory approval and commercial launch. Support solutions to a variety of problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to a technical community. Assist in troubleshooting on new products/process problems as related to design, material, or process. Support concepts and designs for new products/processes and submit idea disclosures. Work cooperatively with process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing on projects of varying complexity to ensure project success. Assists in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. Must graduate between Fall 2026 - Spring 2028.
Requirements
- Must graduate between Fall 2026 - Spring 2028
- Pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: July 13th, 2026- December 18th, 2026
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and innovating solutions
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in statistics
- Experience with SolidWorks
