About The Position

Sugar Land Veterinary Specialists (SLVS) is looking for Urgent Care doctors to join our premier multi-disciplinary hospital! Since 2007, SLVS has been a pillar of the South Texas veterinary community, providing high-level referral and emergency services within our 19,000-squrae-foot facility. The service will be by appointment with Walk-ins Welcome and is for those non-emergent cases who require “sooner rather than later” care. Our urgent care facility is attached to our Specialty Hospital, so you’ll always have additional support when you need it. Strong General practice or Urgent Care experience is ideal, but emergency and specialty experience is not necessary. At SLVS, we prioritize a culture of shared learning. Our clinical team holds daily rounds to facilitate peer-to-peer mentoring and support for our clinicians. The fully equipped and staffed ER and ICU will help you to manage all your cases to the highest standard. Equipment includes: Samsung V7, 128-slice Siemens Cannon CT, 1.5T Phillips MRI on-site a Genoray ZEN7000 C-arm.
