About The Position
Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted “Best Urgent Care” eight years in a row in Bakersfield, CA. We currently have 18 clinics located throughout Southern and Central California to serve all your urgent care needs. We are hiring a part-time Urgent Care Staff Physician for our newest Los Angeles, CA (Century City) location.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O)
- Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program
- Truly Board-Eligible or Board-Certified
- CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
- DEA Certificate
Responsibilities
- Urgent Care Medicine, practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
- Part-time will be 6-8 monthly shifts, 2 on-call shifts, and managing 4 mid-level providers.
- Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting.
- Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
