Physician Opportunity – Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care - Springfield , Missouri Up to $75,000 Sign-On Bonus + Volume & Quarterly Bonuses Flexible Schedules | Outpatient Only | No Overnight Call Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds Physician to join our modern, state-of-the-art urgent care centers in Springfield, Missouri .This is an opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered outpatient medicine with the support of one of the region’s most trusted health systems. Why Physicians Choose Mercy-GoHealth Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus Bonus incentives Competitive base compensation Comprehensive benefits starting Day One (401k, health, dental, vision) CME allowance Relocation assistance (if applicable) Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Extremely predictable 3/4 rotating schedule Your Role as an Urgent Care Physician You will independently provide a wide range of clinical services in a fast-paced, walk-in urgent care setting, including: Evaluating and treating acute illnesses and injuries Performing minor procedures (suturing, splinting, incision & drainage) Interpreting EKGs and X-rays Ordering and reviewing diagnostic testing Prescribing medications and coordinating follow-up care Administering vaccinations Supervising and collaborating with advanced practice providers Work in modern, fully equipped centers with: On-site imaging and labs Epic EMR Radiologic technologists and experienced medical assistants Advanced practice providers (PA/NP) support What We’re Looking For Board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds Active state license 2 years of post-residency clinical experience, ideally in an urgent care or emergency setting Comfortable treating patients of all age groups Proficiency in minor procedures like suturing and splinting Ability to read EKGs and X-rays Comfortable supervising and collaborating with PA/NP providers About Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is a partnership between GoHealth Urgent Care , one of the fastest-growing urgent care networks in the country, and Mercy , a leading integrated health system in the Midwest. Requirements

Board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds
Active state license
2 years of post-residency clinical experience, ideally in an urgent care or emergency setting
Comfortable treating patients of all age groups
