About the Role: As a Multi-Location Urgent Care Clinic Manager , you'll oversee operations at both our Saugus and Malden, Massachusetts locations , serving as the heartbeat of our dual-site operation. You'll lead a combined team of approximately 16 administrative and clinical staff members across both facilities, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence at each location. This role combines the fast-paced environment of urgent care with the strategic leadership impact of multi-site healthcare administration. You'll divide your time between both locations based on operational needs, peak hours, and business priorities. From patient satisfaction and staff engagement to scheduling, compliance, and P&L management - you'll have full ownership of both centers' performance while ensuring consistent service delivery and operational standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in urgent care, outpatient, or ambulatory care.
  • Strong leadership background - able to coach, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare administration, compliance, and budget management.
  • Excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical experience or Medical Assistant certification a plus.
  • Proficient in scheduling and payroll systems; EMR experience (especially Experity ) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Site Leadership: Lead and mentor non-provider staff across both Saugus and Malden locations
  • Cultivate a unified culture of service, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Ensure consistent policies, procedures, and patient care standards at both sites
  • Coordinate staffing and resources between locations as needed
  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day clinic operations at both facilities
  • Ensure smooth patient flow, scheduling accuracy, and efficient resource utilization
  • Travel between locations to provide hands-on leadership and support
  • Monitor and optimize operational efficiency across both sites
  • Performance & Compliance: Monitor and improve KPIs including wait times, patient satisfaction (NPS), staff turnover, and budget adherence for both locations
  • Maintain full compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA) and internal protocols
  • Oversee clinic finances, including budget control and P&L tracking for dual operations
  • Team Management: Handle recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll for approximately 16 staff members
  • Provide performance management and professional development across both teams
  • Create coverage plans and ensure adequate staffing at both locations
  • Foster communication and collaboration between site teams
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison with regional leadership for both locations
  • Communicate performance data, challenges, and improvement plans
  • Provide floor support at either location during peak hours or staffing needs
