Urgent Care Clinic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
About The Position
Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting to the urgent care clinic, including medical history review, performing physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab work. Formulate differential diagnoses administer appropriate treatments, medications, and interventions as needed. Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for patients. Participate in the triage process to determine the severity of patients' conditions and prioritize care accordingly. Quickly identify patients who require immediate attention and those who can wait for evaluation. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
