URBN is looking for an IT Support Analyst who is responsible for providing technical support for all office equipment in our Call Center as well as remote employees. Support includes but is not limited to, computers, mobile devices, printers, software, Zoom equipment, and other peripherals.

  • Provides support for all employees using back office equipment across in our Call Center as well as employees globally
  • Utilize troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve issues submitted through our help desk website as well as case escalations submitted via our remote support teams
  • Maintain Zoom rooms used within the Call Center
  • Manage hardware deployment for new employees and refreshing existing equipment
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience (Office apps, OneDrive/SharePoint) as well as Google Workspace experience (Gmail, Google Productivity applications)
  • Experience troubleshooting printers
  • Experience as a technical resource within a Call Center environment a plus
