Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work independently with strong time management and adaptability in a changing environment.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and clean driving record.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Nice To Haves

Irrigation or basic plumbing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform daily farming tasks including seeding, harvesting, weighing, and packaging microgreens.
Assist with planting, crop maintenance, and general farm operations across multiple locations.
Support greenhouse and irrigation practices, with willingness to learn new techniques.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper handling of tools, equipment, and workspaces.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure quality standards are met for all products.
Work independently and collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
