Requirements

• Born Again: You are someone who has experienced a spiritual rebirth, characterized by repenting from sin, placing faith in Jesus Christ for salvation, and receiving the Holy Spirit, resulting in a transformed life, new spiritual identity, and a close relationship with God, a concept rooted in Jesus's teaching in John 3:3.
• A Proven Leader: You have a track record of leading large teams through change and growth with composure and clarity.
• A Master of Logistics: You understand that a great school runs on a foundation of solid systems—from the bell schedule to safety protocols.
• Relentlessly Positive: You bring infectious energy to the hallways. You solve problems with a "how might we" mindset rather than a "why we can't" attitude.
• Data-Informed, People-Driven: You use metrics to measure progress, but you never forget the human element of education.
• Education: Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of school leadership experience (Assistant Principal or Principal level), preferably in an upper school setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SMS systems and a deep understanding of modern pedagogical frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Spiritual Leadership: Provide direct emotional and spiritual support to students and staff. Offer Biblical counsel for those navigating personal challenges, grief, or ethical dilemmas.
• Instructional Leadership: Drive curriculum innovation. You will oversee the implementation of rigorous, future-ready standards and ensure data-driven instruction translates into student success.
• Operational Excellence: Master the "puzzle" of master scheduling. You will design and manage complex schedules that maximize instructional time and support a diverse range of elective offerings.
• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a large faculty and staff. You will foster a culture of professional growth, accountability, and high morale.
• School Culture: Be the face of positivity. You will cultivate a safe, driven, and inclusive environment where students feel seen and challenged.
• Strategic Growth: Maintain alignment between school goals and the mission and vision of NCS, managing budgets and resources with transparency and foresight.
