Upper School History Teacher Full-Time Beginning Late August, 2026 Position: Upper School History Teacher/Possible History & Social Sciences Department Chair Reports to: Head of the Upper School, History & Social Sciences Department Chair FLSA: Exempt, full-time Salary Range: $67,500 - $100,000 annually Start Date: August 2026 The Upper School is recruiting for a History teacher and an Economics teacher. History teachers at Sacred Heart aim to broaden understanding, stimulate thoughtful inquiry, and encourage insights into the experiences of all people. Our program provides a rigorous program with high support, using classroom time for discussion of original documents and historiography.
