About The Position

The Mathematics Department at The Episcopal Academy seeks a dynamic and passionate Upper Level Mathematics Teacher for the 2026–2027 academic year. We are looking for an innovative, student-centered educator with the breadth to teach mathematics across the curriculum, from Algebra I through Multivariable Calculus, but with particular strength and enthusiasm for teaching our most advanced courses. The ideal candidate will be excited to work with high-achieving students in courses such as Linear Algebra, Multivariable Calculus, Calculus BC, Calculus-Based Statistics, and Differential Equations. This position includes teaching four courses, serving as a student advisor, and acting as a champion for advanced mathematical study within the school community. The role also includes supporting students beyond the classroom through involvement in math clubs, competition teams, and other extracurricular opportunities that promote curiosity and excellence in mathematics. Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in Mathematics or a closely related field preferred
Classroom teaching experience preferred; equivalent experience or recent, relevant academic study will be considered
