Upgrades Analyst TELCOR Inc, a nationally recognized provider of health care software, is looking for an energetic, focused and motivated team member for the TELCOR Revenue Cycle Management product (RCM) line. This role requires the employee to work in our office in Lincoln, NE. The Upgrades Analyst on the RCM team is responsible for supporting both external and internal stakeholders in the planning, coordination, execution, and post-deployment follow-up of TELCOR RCM software upgrades and server migrations. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the upgrade and migration process, providing clear communication, technical guidance, and post-deployment support. This position requires a strong mix of technical, communication, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on customer communication, project management, and service excellence. This position will require you to work in the office, however teleworking may be approved on an ad-hoc basis. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for upgrades and migrations.
