About The Position

The Update Processor plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital title plant by entering and updating county courthouse records. This position requires strong computer proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and a consistent, reliable work ethic. Nice To Haves

• Experience working with county courthouse records, title plants, or public record databases
• Background in title insurance, oil & gas land services, real estate, or legal document processing
• Prior data entry or indexing experience in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Enter county courthouse data into the digital title plant with a high level of accuracy
• Review public records, filings, and legal documents for completeness and correctness
• Index, update, and maintain property and title information according to company standards
• Verify data integrity and identify discrepancies or missing information
• Maintain productivity goals while ensuring quality control standards are met
• Follow established procedures for document handling, naming conventions, and indexing
• Communicate with supervisors regarding issues, questions, or irregular records
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
