Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact. To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive. Please note: this is a 6-month temporary role. BCG Unlocking Potential (UP) is our commitment to helping BCGers thrive. It shapes the context and offers the tools for individuals to be at their best, sustainably, in our high-performance environment. UP brings together our efforts in diversity, inclusion, wellbeing—inclusive of mental health and flex—into one strategy that reflects our values of diversity and respect for the individual. The Wellbeing team sits within BCG’s UP function and focuses on enabling performance by helping BCGers manage energy, time, and mindset in a high-expectations environment. The team shapes firmwide wellbeing strategy and translates BCG’s values into practical programs, tools, and narratives that support personal sustainability, mental health, and performance across the employee lifecycle. Over a period of 6 months, this position will work closely with the Global UP Wellbeing Directors and broader UP leaders and team to shape and deliver BCG’s wellbeing agenda, including the global Flex@BCG offerings (FlexCapacity, FlexLeave, etc.). The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with responsibility for translating firmwide priorities into scalable programs that support BCGers’ ability to perform sustainably across geographies, cohorts, and business units. This is a global role that involves close interaction with global and regional senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. It offers the opportunity to work on topics that are strategically important to BCG’s leadership, while helping shape how wellbeing, performance, and personal sustainability are experienced by BCGers worldwide.
