The Multimedia Assistant will work as an integral member of the Department of Housing Operations and Residence Life’s Marketing Team to help in reaching our residents/prospective residents through graphic design and marketing materials. This role relies heavily on the ability to create original designs and requires strong visual and written communication skills. The Multimedia Assistant will contribute to various projects/campaigns throughout the academic year and will be responsible for the following: Designing graphics for Print and Web. Produce creative content for social media such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. Keep content of flyers and documents up to date. Maintain University digital board content. Work in coordination with the JSU Print Shop, prepare files in a print-ready format. Work university events such as Preview Day, Accepted Students Day, and Summer Orientation sessions. Perform other duties as assigned.
