About The Position

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, conducting reference checks, extending offers, and leading new‑hire onboarding. This role also supports employee lifecycle activities such as processing internal transfers, status changes, and conducting exit interviews. The ideal candidate brings strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate with precision in a fast-paced environment. This position works under close supervision and follows established processes, guidelines, and best practices. A bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of related experience are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Former Recruiting Coordinator (RC) in good standing, ideally with 9+ months’ experience.
  • Experience as a Program Coordinator or Administrative/Executive Assistant.
  • Familiarity with talent programs, internal mobility, or referral programs.
  • Strong Excel or data-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Create and extend offer letters and process new-hire onboarding in the system.
  • Manage internal transfers and coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Facilitate exit interviews and ensure accurate completion of employee status changes.
  • One Recruiter will dedicate significant time to supporting the Executive Referral Program.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for executive-level referrals, ensuring a polished, discreet, and high‑touch candidate experience.
  • Work directly with executive leaders and C‑suite stakeholders; professionalism and executive presence are essential.
  • Review and match candidate profiles to open roles using ATS and internal tools.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation; strong Excel proficiency preferred.
  • Support program operations and ensure consistent application of recruiting processes and standards.
  • Manage high‑volume workflow with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, and business teams.
  • Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improved candidate experience.
