About the Role: We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic Member Relationship Representative (MRR) to our branch team! In this role, you'll provide personalized financial guidance to members, open new accounts, take loan applications, and troubleshoot member needs. You'll play a key role in identifying the right financial solutions for our members and building relationships that improve their financial lives.

Responsibilities

Educate and guide members on financial products tailored to their needs.
Open new accounts, process consumer loan applications, and assist with financial solutions.
Conduct new member onboarding, ensuring they feel supported through regular follow-ups.
Engage members in-person and by phone to provide exceptional service.
Support branch operations, handle teller transactions, and address inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals.
