Requirements
- 90-Hour Preschool Certification ( Required )
- Bachelor’s Degree ( Required )
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education ( Preferred )
- Experience in a Pre-K classroom setting ( Preferred )
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and academic growth through play-based learning
- Build a culture of excellence in a structured, nurturing classroom environment
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging learning space
- Collaborate with leadership and fellow educators
- Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with families
