About The Position

The Universal Overnight Flex Position is a versatile role responsible for maintaining smooth hotel operations during overnight hours. This position combines front desk and audit duties with light security oversight, housekeeping assistance, and laundry responsibilities to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Requirements

Prior hotel, customer service, or night audit experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with property management systems a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to stand and move for extended periods and perform light physical work.

Responsibilities

Greet, check in, and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Process late arrivals, early departures, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Perform nightly revenue audits and reconcile all daily cash and credit transactions.
Prepare end-of-day financial reports for management.
Post room charges, adjustments, and other transactions accurately.
Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure guest and staff safety.
Respond to noise complaints or disturbances professionally.
Secure entrances and restricted areas during overnight hours.
Maintain cleanliness in public spaces, lobby areas, and back offices.
Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
Replenish guest and housekeeping supplies as needed for the next day’s operations.
