The Universal Banker position involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and proper handling of all monies assigned. The role focuses on delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding clients' financial needs. Universal Bankers are cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular emphasis on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. They are expected to provide a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital self-service solutions, participate in client outreach, and adhere to internal controls and risk management policies. This role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects.
