The Universal Banker role is responsible for building, managing, and retaining client relationships through proactive outreach, needs assessments, and consultative sales conversations. This position serves as a trusted advisor, matching financial products and services to client goals and proactively educating them on self-service and digital banking solutions. Key duties include processing routine financial center transactions accurately and efficiently, managing lobby activity to ensure a positive client experience, and identifying opportunities to refer clients to internal partners for specialized financial needs. The Universal Banker is also expected to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve assigned goals, contribute to branch growth, and participate in community outreach and business development activities. The role requires strict adherence to all risk management, compliance, and security standards, maintaining operational and financial soundness, and maintaining awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe environment.
