Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role involves performing essential functions such as providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting team sales through client outreach, understanding Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), participating in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines, advancing individual and product knowledge, adhering to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
