About The Position

Pioneer Bank is looking for an extraordinary individual to join a truly Extraordinary Bank! Our Greater Mankato Market has a tremendous opportunity available for you! In this position, you are part of our vital retail services team - welcoming, serving and building relationships with our valued customers. You will have a variety of responsibilities, working in a fast paced and rewarding environment. You will add expertise and value to every customer interaction! Important day-to-day responsibilities include: Provide an extraordinary customer experience for all those you come in contact with! Develop and maintain courteous and professional long-term relationships with customers by delivering extreme value in all relationships. Master a proven, well-defined sales process to identify customer needs and provide financial answers. Assist customers with non-real estate consumer lending needs. Open new accounts and Execute 7-90 process for all new customers. Maintain targeted cross sales ratios on new and existing customers. Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash recycler. Strengthen relationships with customers by following all Quality Standards, including regular eye contact, greeting customers by name, researching necessary information and assisting customers with all questions in person and on the phone. Ensure the privacy of customer information and education customers on ways to protect themselves. Serve as a resource and trusted financial advisor for all customers.
