About The Position

This is a general internship application for our Summer 2025 Internship Program. We will work to determine which internship is suitable for you based on your skills, experience, and interests. As a Silver Dollar UniverCity Intern, you will serve in a frontline or leadership role within one of the following divisions: Attractions Operations Crafts Apprenticeships Entertainment & Events (Technician) Food & Beverage Management Information Technology Marketing Merchandise & Retail Management Human Resources Accounting This multi-week program will provide you with unique opportunities to engage with members of leadership from various aspects of the hospitality and tourism industry, work on projects designed to improve the guest experience, and form meaningful connections with both peers and mentors. You must be currently at least 18 years of age and enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school degree program to participate. This program runs from May 18th through August 14th. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Learn scheduling procedures.
  • Learn time-keeping procedures.
  • Learn performance review procedures.
  • Assist with written communications.
  • Help create and implement improvements in safety, guest excellence, profit contribution, and job satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team-centered projects like surveys, appreciation events, team outings, and company events.
  • Assist Supervisors and Team Leads with various projects.
