About The Position

Focus on the operations of the sales unit and the recruitment and development of sales agents to achieve established goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Life & Health license
  • 50k unit APC’s in previous 6 months, 100k unit APC’s in last 12 months and 6 productive agents (6k in previous quarter)

Responsibilities

  • UFT & USV accountabilities in addition to the following
  • Should consistently write business in the field
  • Develop and manage sales activities.
  • Assure that compliance goals & requirements are met by all agents in the unit.
  • Develop applicant flow and business flow.
  • Accountable to develop additional Unit Sales Managers within branch / satellite branch.
  • Recruit, select, and train all unit agents; develop a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.
