About The Position
Job Summary: Focus on the operations of the sales unit and the recruitment and development of sales agents to achieve established goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop talented sales agents, reflecting equal opportunity guidelines.
- Develop and manage sales activities.
- Assure that Marketing Action Plan goals are met by all agents in the unit.
- Develop applicant flow and business flow.
- Recruit, select, and train all unit agents; develop a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.
