Unit Managers are responsible for monitoring and supervising staff and residents to ensure the floor staff deliver care to the residents appropriately and safely in accordance with the Resident's Handbook and unit schedule and guidelines. To be a successful Unit Manager you should have a track record of working well within a team, display excellent appropriate interventions with residents and possess skills to build quality relationships with the team and other Benchmark staff. Must be goal driven and capable of managing the day-to-day activities of a responsible leader. You will be expected to manage staff issues, provide training and performance improvement plans and/or disciplinary measures.
