Requirements
- Current RN License (State of Michigan)
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
- Passion for improving resident lives and delivering exceptional care
- Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate care teams
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement care plans
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident care
