What You'll Be Doing: As our Unit Manager, you’ll be the clinical quarterback for Christie Rehab: Lead and support a skilled nursing team caring for high-acuity, short-stay rehab patients Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and social services Round on patients, track progress, and jump in when conditions change Ensure care plans, documentation, and assessments are on point Champion quality outcomes like successful discharges, low rehospitalizations, and patient satisfaction Mentor, coach, and help grow an amazing nursing team Keep us survey-ready and compliant with CMS and state regulations Be a go-to clinical resource for patients and families during their rehab journey

Requirements

  • Are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in South Carolina
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
  • Love leadership (charge nurse or supervisory experience is a big plus!)
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different
  • Have strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a calm-under-pressure vibe
