About The Position

Brooksville Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts Available 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Weekend Contract Option : Saturday & Sunday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Weekend Contract nurses receive an additional $2.00/hour shift differential , on top of: Standard evening (3–11) differential Standard night (11–7) differential This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to maximize earnings while maintaining flexibility .

Requirements

Active Florida RN or LPN license (required)
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Dependable, professional, and committed to resident-centered care

Nice To Haves

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident's condition and promptly report changes
Document care in accordance with facility policy and regulatory requirements
Support and mentor CNAs; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Promote safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance
