About The Position

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of facilities management to include: janitorial, mail and AV service delivery while managing demanding clientele
Minimum of 5 years industry experience
Strong management and organizational skills
Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner
Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
