About The Position
Unit Manager (RN) Opportunity at Bethany Village Indianapolis, Indiana Ready to take the next step into nursing leadership while maintaining a predictable schedule? Bethany Village is seeking an experienced RN to serve as a Unit Manager, supporting clinical operations and leading a dedicated nursing team within our long-term care unit. This role is ideal for nurses with charge nurse or supervisory experience who are looking to transition into a structured leadership position focused on team development, clinical quality, and relationship-based resident care. The Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned long-term care unit while providing daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing personnel. This position oversees the delivery of care and manages the unit in accordance with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Requirements
- GRADUATE OF AN ACCREDITED SCHOOL OF NURSING.
- INDIANA RN OR LPN LICENSE OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN INDIANA LICENSE.
