About The Position
As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for keeping the facility safe, clean, and up to the standards of Easy, Clean, Service. Your daily work will directly contribute to improving safety, cleanliness, and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Reliable, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)
- Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks
- Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs
