This is your chance to work in a vibrant environment with a company that values your growth and commitment to safety. 🌟 What You'll Do: Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for hotel guests and event attendees Monitor entrances, exits, and event perimeters to prevent unauthorized access Support crowd control and enforce safety regulations during events Perform regular patrols of hotel grounds and event spaces Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergencies Provide assistance, directions, and excellent customer service to guests and staff Work closely with hotel security, event coordinators, and front desk teams Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Reliable forms of communication and transportation
LEVEL 2 SECURITY LICENSE (Level II Training & Exam provided for free. All applicants are required to apply, pass exam, submit to fingerprinting, and criminal background check.)
A strong customer-service attitude and professional appearance
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
The ability to understand and interpret credentials, documents, signs, rules, policies, and instructions
The ability to communicate effectively with clients, patrons and other employees
The ability to multi-task, cross-train and learn new skills quickly
The ability to remain calm and level-headed under high-pressure situations
Full physical and mental dexterity with the ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, hear, see and speak English clearly
The ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time (shift duration)
The ability to lift 25lbs

Responsibilities
