About The Position

Summary: Uniform Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the uniform room, responsible for issuing, collecting, laundering, and inventorying employee uniforms. They ensure staff appearance meets company grooming standards, manage uniform storage, and often manage repairs or replacements, working closely with deparment leadership and operations teams

Responsibilities

• Greets associates in a timely manner upon their entrance.
• Responsible for the inventory, tracking, and organization of uniforms, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Support Volunteer and Temp Associate with managing the distribution of uniforms to staff before shifts and collecting them afterward.
• Maintaining accurate records of assigned uniforms to prevent loss, potentially managing employee uniform deposits or fines for missing items.
• Ensuring all uniforms and linens are clean, properly maintained, and meet established quality and appearance standards.
• Restocks work station as necessary.
• Monitors and maintains uniforms.
• Keeps uniform room and facilities clean and in order.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
