About The Position
Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Concessions Supervisor is the accountability for our stands and sets the tone for our Concessions Team. Our ideal candidate is someone with previous supervisor experience in a related field or environment and is able to tackle hurdles with professionalism and compassion while still ensuring that the guests and clients are happy. This employee will have the ability to work holidays, overtime, nights and/or weekends (as needed). This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older (Required)
- Previous supervisory experience in a related role or field (Required)
- TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
- ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs.
- Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
- Willingness to accept operational changes, new procedures, and constructive comments
