About The Position

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Uniform Attendant in Queens, NY! About DO & CO We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every banquet floor and in the sky. With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar inventory, uniform, or logistics support role.
  • Experience in hospitality, airline, food production, or similar industries preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory as needed.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to multi-task.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Order, receive, sort, and distribute uniforms, shoes, and required tools/equipment to staff.
  • Collect returned items; inspect for damages and remove unserviceable items from circulation.
  • Issue and/or order replacements as necessary.
  • Ensure timely availability of required sizes and equipment for all staff.
  • Maintain detailed records of issued and returned items.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct routine inventory checks.
  • Complete and maintain all paperwork related to inventory control and employee issuance logs.
  • Maintain sufficient supply levels and proactively reorder inventory as needed.
  • Keep the uniform room clean, well-organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Label, categorize, and maintain a logical system for easy item retrieval.
  • Conduct regular locker inspections to ensure compliance with uniform policies.
  • Report violations or concerns to management for resolution.
  • Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned by the manager.
