Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members at all levels.
  • Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day support ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of team processes, becoming a subject matter expert within the underwriting support function.
  • Take on an increasing workload and expanded responsibilities as skills and knowledge grow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
