As an Underwriting Service Rep I, you will be an essential part of the underwriting team, ensuring the smooth processing of policies and handling key administrative tasks. In this role will focus on learning the fundamentals of policy processing, data entry, and general customer interactions while receiving close supervision and on-the-job training. Your responsibilities will include entering policies into the system, coordinating draft payments, and conducting telephone verifications with applicants to clarify important details. You will work closely with both applicants and agents, driving pending applications and requirements to completion.
