The Underwriting Manager will lead the underwriting and financial analysis function within our Employee Benefits division. This role is responsible for managing a team of underwriters and analysts who support our client service and consulting teams by delivering financial insights, renewal projections, funding analysis, and cost modeling for mid-to-large group clients (fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded). The ideal candidate has a strong background in group health and welfare underwriting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies that support client retention and growth.
