Requirements

Completed Junior year or higher
Major in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Must have the ability to work in the Hartford office for three days each week
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
