About The Position

Perform a variety of trade support tasks such as gathering data, analyzing outcomes, preparing documentation and administering processes.

Requirements

• High School (HS) (Required)
• General Experience - 4 to 6 months
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

Responsibilities

• Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
• Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software.
• Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
• Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.
• Ensure treasury/trading activities are carried out efficiently by providing more senior dealers or traders with a wide range of administrative support relating to market transactions. For example, this could include outcome analysis or order execution.
• Determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making.
• Use document management tools to manage, view, organize, and store documents.
• Create reports, and review reports created by others, for various audiences as relevant, in a lucid and effective manner, keeping in mind the purpose of reports.
• Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.
