About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, and relationship-driven individual to support our underwriting and marketing operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, communicating with external partners, and helping drive business growth through strong follow-up and outreach. You will work closely with underwriting, sales, and marketing teams to help move submissions through the pipeline, support agency relationships, and ensure opportunities are actively worked and tracked. No prior underwriting experience is required; full training is provided.

Requirements

Interest in underwriting, insurance, sales, or relationship-based roles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organization, time-management, and attention to detail
Confident communicating with external partners by email and phone
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Willing to learn systems, workflows, and industry processes
No prior insurance or underwriting experience required
On-the-job training provided

Responsibilities

Support underwriting teams by processing and organizing a high volume of submissions and documentation
Assist with preparing, sending, and following up on submissions with agency and carrier partners
Actively track opportunities, responses, and next steps to keep deals moving forward
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and internal teams via email and phone
Support marketing and relationship-building efforts through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management
Help identify gaps, delays, and opportunities to improve response times and conversion rates
