Chubb is seeking a motivated Individual to join the Life Sciences practice for the Pacific South Region. The position can be based in Los Angeles (downtown), Irvine, or San Diego. The ideal candidate is someone who’s an excited learner, strong self-starter, and willing to teach and collaborate with the team. Responsibilities

  • Underwrite and Thrive: Profitably underwrite new lines and renewals. Renewal book of $5M to $8, and a new business production goal of $1.5M+ annually.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Maximize profit, growth, rate optimization, retention, and cross-sell opportunities for Life Science accounts.
  • Be the Expert: Solicit accounts, analyze risks, price coverage, and sell industry-specific products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Navigate Multiple Lines: Manage commercial package, product liability, automobile, umbrella, workers compensation, and international lines.
