About The Position

Produce new business opportunities within the assigned underwriting territory (Schaumberg & Milwaukee) Evaluate, select, underwrite, price, quote and maintain new and renewal business. Develop and implement marketing plans with applicable commercial insurance managers, Achieve renewal retention of at least 90% Adhere to Chubb Commercial Insurance standards for underwriting, pricing and servicing. Work with other middle market teams on potential cross-sell and account round opportunities The individual will manage a new business pipeline. This includes: Prospecting and maintain prospecting pipeline at least 3x applicable new business goal Maintaining relationships with key trading partners Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
