You will support a fast‑paced and highly collaborative team dedicated to improving the customer experience and identifying actionable customer insights across the Undergrounding program. You will contribute to research, analysis, communications, and program support efforts that will help drive measurable improvements in the customer experience. This internship offers hands‑on opportunities to interact with customers, participate in community events, collect and summarize customer insights, and support field crews and contractors. You will develop practical skills in communication, problem‑solving, data organization, and customer engagement while learning how customer experience strategies are developed and implemented for a multi-step, extended project lifecycle. This position is hybrid, combining remote work and in‑person collaboration at least 1–3 days per week either in the field or at other office/meeting center locations throughout PG&E’s service territory, depending on business needs.
