Requirements

• Ability to work safely in an underground mining environment
• Competence in operating or learning to operate heavy mobile equipment
• Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety procedures
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks in varied conditions
• Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt to operational needs
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

• Operate underground mining equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform scaling, mucking, and material handling to support production
• Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and actively contribute to hazard reporting
• Support mine operations through teamwork and effective communication
