About The Position

The Field Lead supports the Field Services Supervisor in leading and developing local branch technicians through mentoring, training, and on-site guidance. This role bridges field operations and office administration, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to company standards, and alignment with organizational goals. The Field Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high-quality service delivery, driving team productivity, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Mentor, train, and support field technicians to ensure quality workmanship and professional development.
Coordinate closely with the Field Services Manager and office administration to align workflow between field staff and office staff.
Perform and support technicians with add/moves/changes for drops, conduit, mainline, and maintenance communication construction.
Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair service issues.
Monitor and help achieve productivity goals, identifying efficiencies and recommending improvements to management.
Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating services performed and additional service opportunities.
Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused work environment.
Ensure assigned vehicles are properly serviced, maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of all service work.
Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
