Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain and repair digital trunked 2-way radio systems
  • Operate a volt-ohmmeter.
  • Install, test and maintain mobile data and truck tracking systems such as Mobilearis.
  • Operate a digital and analog wattmeter.
  • Install, test and maintain Cisco Wi-Fi system.
  • Operate a computer system for data management and report generation.
  • Operate a 2-way radio service monitor.
  • Learn to install, test and maintain VIOP phone equipment.
  • Install fiber optic cable and network equipment.
  • Comply with state and federal health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures, and the company's environmental compliance policy.
